Η ανάκαμψη απο την κρίση του 2009 σε σύγκριση με περασμένες ιστορικές κρίσεις, είναι διαφορετική και μάλλον υποτονική. Άπο την άλλη οι δυνατές εστίες ρίσκου έχουν πάλι πιάσει φωτιά Yemen at War.
